Privacy Policy

We at Array Networks, Inc. are committed to respecting your online privacy and recognize your need for appropriate protection and management of any personal Information you share with us. The purpose of this Online Privacy Statement is to inform you about the types of information we gather online about you when you visit arraynetworks.com, or when you use Array’s MotionPro or other apps, and how we may use that information.

This Online Privacy Statement may change from time to time, so please check back periodically.

Collection of your Personal Information

The information we collect on our Site generally falls into the following two categories: Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information.

  • Personally Identifiable Information: This refers to information that lets us know the specifics of who you are. The Personally Identifiable Information we collect when you use our Site may include your name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address, employer, job title, and other personal identifying information. We request Personally Identifiable Information when you participate in certain promotional activities, fill out surveys, and correspond with us. It will be clear when you are on a part of our Site that requires personal information, because we will ask you for it and you will have a choice about how we use that information.
  • Non-Personally Identifiable Information: This refers to information that does not by itself identify a specific individual. The non-personally identifiable data we collect when you visit our Site may include the Uniform Resource Locator (“URL”) of the Web site that you came from before visiting our Site, which pages you visit on our Site, which URL you next go to, which browser you used to come to our Site, and your Internet Protocol (“IP”).
  • MotionPro App-Specific Information: Array’s MotionPro Android client first collects the IMEI (International Mobile Equipment Identity) from the user’s device. Then the IMEI will be transformed by an irreversible hash algorithm and used as the device ID. The device ID can be used together with the user account to enhance the security. The device ID will be transferred between the MotionPro Android client and the Array AG appliance through the encrypted HTTPS connection and stored. The IMEI itself will not be transferred and stored. There is no communication between different MotionPro Android clients. Also, there is no communication between MotionPro Android clients and third-party services. MotionPro Android clients and AG appliances are for enterprise users and Array Networks is unable to collect any information from the users’ devices.

We do not connect the Personally Identifiable Information and Non-Personally Identifiable Information we collect on our Site.

Use of your Personal Information

Array Networks will not sell, rent, or lease your Personal Information to others. Array Networks will not share your personal information with a business partner or any unrelated third party company unless you give your permission.
