Array Networks has assembled a diverse management team consisting of successful and seasoned security, networking and Internet professionals.
Dr. Zhao brings to Array Networks more than 20 years worth of experience in executive roles at Internet infrastructure and systems integration companies. Most recently, Michael was founder and COO of Asia Info – a $500M systems integration company he led to a NASDAQ IPO. He is considered a major industry leader and holds a Ph.D. in Engineering from State University of New York at Buffalo and an MBA from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.
Ms. Ahmed is responsible for worldwide financial accounting, reporting, human resources, legal and corporate administration at Array. She is also primarily responsible for budgeting and providing direct financial support to the company's business functions. She brings over 20 years of experience in finance and cost control, and was recognized as CFO of the year by Silicon Valley Business Journal in 2010. Prior to joining Array Networks, Sameena held senior management positions at Optical Microwave Networks, a subsidiary of MTI, a publicly traded Company in Taiwan. She holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from University of Madras, India, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
Mr. Zarrabi has over 25 years of high-tech operations experience. Fara joins Array Networks from NetEnrich, a virtual private management company, where he was VP of Operations and Customer Service. Prior to NetEnrich, Fara was VP of Operations at SonicWALL, and prior to SonicWALL, Fara was at Genesys Telecommunications Laboratories, Inc., an enterprise software company in the CTI industry, where he was VP of Operations. In addition, prior to Genesys Telecommunications, Fara was the Director of Operations at Network Appliance, Inc. and has held a variety of positions in operations at Apple Computer and Kaiser Electronics. Fara holds a B.S. in Electronic Engineering.
Dr. Hsu boasts extensive management and product development experience in the areas of security, networking, and Web content delivery. Nai-Ting was CTO of WatchGuard, responsible for long-term strategy and product development. He was also CTO & VP of Engineering at Network Physics and Senior VP of Engineering at Cache flow. Dr. Hsu established the networking business unit at SGI and was an integral part of the development team at BBN for ARPAnet, the predecessor of today's Internet. Nai-Ting received his BS in Electrical Engineering from the National Chiao Tung University in Taiwan, and his MA and Ph.D. degrees in Computer Science from the University of Wisconsin, Madison.
Mr. Siegel brings more than 20 years of experience to Array Networks, spanning executive sales and business development roles at startups and large enterprises in the fields of security and technology. Prior to Array, Rich held the position of Senior Executive Strategic Alliance Manager at Symantec. Between 1988 and 2005, Rich established the distribution channel (OEM, ISV, SI, VAR) and drove revenue for seven start-ups, four of which were successfully acquired by public companies, two of which had a successful IPO and one which is still privately held. Rich holds a BS in Mathematics from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.
Robert Shen brings 25 years of experience in the electronics industry to Array Networks, 15 of which in executive roles. His prior experience includes: CTO of Broadband Communications; General Manager of Ethernet business for Lucent Microelectronics; Founder and CEO of Enable Semiconductor; and President of 8x8 Inc. He is currently Managing Director for H&Q Asia Pacific. Mr. Shen received a BA from National Cheng-Kung University in Taiwan, an MA from Marquette University, and a Ph.D. from Southern Methodist University, all in Electrical Engineering.

George Chen is Senior VP and Chief Technical Advisor of H&Q Asia Pacific, based in the firm's Palo Alto as well as Greater China offices. Prior to H&Q Asia Pacific, Mr. Chen was a co-founder of ANDA Networks from 1998 to 2001. Previous positions included Senior VP of Mergers and Acquisitions at Cortelco Telecommunications, ITT Corp. from 1995 to 1996, and VP of Network Business Division at ALCATEL N.V. Mr. Chen has a BA in Electrical Engineering from San Jose State University, and both a MS in Computer Sciences and an MBA from the University of Santa Clara.
William P. Fuller is currently President Emeritus of The Asia Foundation, having served as its president for 15 years. Prior to joining The Asia Foundation, Dr. Fuller was with the U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID), first as Director and then as Deputy Assistant Administrator. He has also held advisory roles with the Ford Foundation in Asia, the World Bank in Paris and UNICEF in Beirut, Cairo, and New York. He is active in many business and community organizations and currently serves on the boards of the Bank of the Orient in San Francisco and Orient First in Hong Kong. Bill holds BA and MA degrees in political science from Stanford, a Ph.D. from Stanford University's International Development Education Center, and an MBA from Harvard University.
Dr. Wang is currently Chairman of Phalanx Biotech Group and AnDevice, and serves on the board of directors for Precision Silicon, Interwave Corporation, Oridus Corporation and Omnivision Technology. Previously, Dr. Wang served on the Board of Directors for Taiwan Mask Corporation, a company he helped to go public, and Verplex Corporation, an EDA company that was acquired by Cadence in 2003. Dr. Wang also served as Chairman and CEO of Mobile Telesystems, a satellite telephone manufacturer, and before that as President and CEO of Optical Microwave Network, a microwave component maker. Dr. Wang also founded Taiwan Aerospace Corporation, where he served as executive director. As chairman of the Industrial Technology Investment Corporation in Taiwan, Dr. Wang completed the master plan of HDTV for the Ministry of Economic Affairs, which became the guideline for the future government R&D funding and related areas. Dr. Wang holds BS, MS and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from Taiwan University, University of California at Berkeley, and Stanford University, respectively.
