Dr. Nai-Ting Hsu Joins Array Networks as Chief Technology Officer, Vice President of Engineering

MILPITAS, CA, August 3, 2005 - Array Networks, the technology leader in Application Networking, today announced that Dr. Nai-Ting Hsu has joined the company as its new chief technology officer and vice president of engineering. Dr. Hsu will lead Array´s technology, product vision and development, and all engineering activities. He is responsible for managing the company´s engineering teams in Milpitas and China. His experience in developing intelligent layered security architectures that integrated multiple security functions into security appliances makes him well-suited for Array Networks. Dr. Hsu has held senior technical management positions at a number of companies, including WatchGuard Technologies, Network Physics, and Cacheflow. In addition, he established the networking division at Silicon Graphics (SGI). Dr. Hsu began his career as part of the development team at BBN for ARPAnet, the predecessor of today´s Internet.
