Senior Executives with Proven Track Records to Lead Marketing and Sales for Array´s Security and Application Acceleration Solution

MILPITAS, CA, September 7, 2005 - Array Networks, technology leader in Application Networking, today announced that James Greenway has joined the company as vice president of marketing and Michael Stewart has joined as vice president of sales. Both executives bring proven records of success with high growth technology companies.

Mr. Greenway was the vice president of marketing at Kagoor Networks, a VoIP networking equipment manufacturer which was acquired by Juniper Networks in May. Mr. Stewart was the senior vice president of sales for SonicWALL, a leading Internet security appliance manufacturer. Both executives will report directly to Michael Zhao, Array´s president and CEO.

Besides his experience with Kagoor Networks, Mr. Greenway held executive positions in technology marketing with Williams Communication, Houston, TX, InfoGear Technology Corp., Redwood City, and with Sprint Corporation, Kansas City. He also held management positions with Motorola and Northern Telecom.

At SonicWALL, he was a key member of the management team responsible for its return to industry leadership. Mr. Stewart also has held executive management positions at Cylink and Coral Networks, where he was responsible for building global sales networks to achieve the next stage of growth. He served as the president and CEO of Escalate Networks which was acquired in 1999, and worked for Bay Networks/Synoptics, Infotron Systems and Xerox.
